Jessica Ilalaole is a born and raised Hawaiian native shaped by the love of nature, art and exploring. After relocating to Oregon, Jessica continued to explore art, inevitably falling in love with metalsmithing. She then moved to a small mountain community in Northern California where she worked out of a cottage studio, living as close to nature as possible. Wanting to permanently live and work in a mountain setting, she and her partner bought a piece of land on the New Mexico/Colorado border. They have since moved onto their land where she works out of a small cabin workshop her partner built by hand. They are currently working on building a cabin to live in on their property. Jessica enjoys spending her free time backpacking in the wilderness, finding new alpine lakes to swim in and riding horses. Jessica is most inspired by mountains, folk art, mysticism, traveling, natural beauty and the mysteries of old. CobraCult jewelry is owned and operated solely by Jessica with the occasional help from friends and loved ones.
